HŌSEKI meaning “jewel” when translated from Japanese, pays homage to Delaire Graff Estate’s Owner and renowned diamantaire, Laurence Graff OBE.
The menu offers guests contemporary cuisine imbued with creative flair and vibrancy. Dishes are crafted to be shared at the table and served in a style honouring Japanese culture and customs.
David Collins Studio of London selected our European Oak flooring by Dutch artisans Hakwood to floor the main dining room and adjoining spaces of Höseki.
Hakwood created HV3492 with a bespoke colour and surface texture. These majestic floorboards were installed in a unique pattern.
