The architects selected Forza from the Sierra Collection by Dutch artisans Hakwood for the interior flooring and the bespoke staircase of this seaside apartment, which overlooks the picturesque beaches of Clifton. The complex colour and textural treatments of French White Oak floors add a laid-back charm to a sophisticated palette that includes brushed metal inlays in the wine-cellar floor.
Jarrah hardwood was used as decking and structural timber across multiple exterior applications and has since weathered to a silver-grey colour.
